In March and April 2024, AVI hosted various events, including seminars on Cambodia’s economic development and policy evaluation, a lecture on fintech and a webinar on COVID-19 and food insecurity in Cambodia. They also launched a legal podcast episode on RCEP, co-hosted a dialogue on climate risks, and initiated a Speaker Series on ASEAN perceptions and US-China rivalry.

AVI published articles exploring Cambodia’s strategic relationships, such as its ties with France and Vietnam’s concerns over the Funan Techo Canal project. Additionally, AVI met with the Chinese Ambassador to ASEAN and the Ambassador of Türkiye to Cambodia.
