In July 2021, the Asian Vision Institute shared some thoughts on multilateralism for humanity.

“Cambodia believes that multilateralism should not be the engine to propel, enlarge, and prolong proxy wars, and support sides in political or territorial conflicts. Finally, multilateralism should not impose economic sanctions when people are suffering from the impact of the COVID19 pandemic.”

“Multilateralism should put peace and stability above all else and should not impose external ideological or geopolitical wills upon others.”
