Ms. SOAY Socheata is a Research Associate at the Mekong Centre for Strategic Studies, Asian Vision Institute (AVI). Recently, she was graduated at Royal University of Law and Economics, bachelor’s degree in international Relations. In early 2022, she was an intern at Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MFAIC), Asia Pacific and Protocol Department.
