Ms. Nay Darlin is working as a part-time lecturer at the Department of International Studies of the Royal University of Phnom Penh, and a young researcher at Future Forum. She wrote a thesis titled “The Rise of China and ASEAN Centrality: Like Water and Oil?” as part of the honours programme while completing her Bachelor’s degree in International Relations at the Royal University of Phnom Penh. Being a curious learner by nature, Darlin also went on to complete a certificate programme in International Economics at the same university.
Ms. Darlin’s research interests include public policy, development studies, foreign policy, and Southeast Asian studies, but she also shares a great passion for community works, especially in the area of youth empowerment and education. Through her experience as a Research Associate at AVI, she hopes to extend her acquired knowledge and skills back to her students while taking part in cultivating the young researcher community in Cambodia.
