He graduated his Master Degree from Shanghai and has been working and published several papers at AVI, Mr. Thong Mengdavid also a guest speaker for several Think Tank platform and programs such as AVI Voice, Cambodia 2050 and CNC News Program. Besides, he is a Lecturer at Department of International Studies (DIS), Institute of Foreign Languages (IFL), Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP), and a Research Fellow at Mekong Center for Strategic Studies at Asian Vision Institute (AVI). His personal interests focus on regional security, US-China Relations, ASEAN and Mekong geopolitical studies.
He received his M.A. in Political Science (PS) in 2020 from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai, People Republic of China and B.A. in International Studies (IS) in 2015 from DIS, IFL, RUPP, Phnom Penh, CAMBODIA.
