Ms. Yann has managed and led teams in a variety of areas including administration,  projects, operations, research and consultancies. She has worked in a number of organizations including profit and nonprofit organizations, donors,  local and international companies and organizations.  Her research experiences and interests are involved in education, health, employments, investments, labor rights, women empowerment, child protection, and social safety and protection.

Ms. Yann holds a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from Australian National University, Australia, and a Master’s Degree in Management from Pannasastra University of Cambodia, Cambodia.

As the Center Deputy, Ms. Yann is responsible for center research design and delivery and center’s engagement in policy development and other development agenda involving governance, innovation, and democracy. Ms. Yann also ensures the effectiveness and efficiency of the center’s overall administration and operations.
