Dr. ALFREDO C. PANIZALES

Dr. Alfredo C. Panizales, presently, is a member of the Secretariat of Asian Vision Institute as Chief Editor. He is an academician, businessman , and  corporate strategist.

Dr. Panizales has more than 30 years of working experience in telecommunications, project management, business planning, and research. Dr. Panizales is a shareholder and director of BEST Cable Corporation Pte, Ltd, based in Singapore & Kota Kinabalu (Malaysia) and EA Trilink Corporation. (Philippines).

Dr. Panizales has stayed in Cambodia for more than a decade. He served as a Consultant for the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications/Telecom Cambodia, Dean of the Graduate School of Management and  Economics, and Visiting Professor at the National University of Management, Build Bright University, Norton University, and Preston University (Cambodia).  Dr. Panizales, concurrently,  is a Partner Consultant of Someth International Consultants (Cambodia) and an Adjunct Professor of LSI Business School (Phnom Pehn).
