POLYDETH is a Research Fellow of the Centre for Sustainable Development Studies (CSDS) at the Asian Vision Institute (AVI) in addition to her public servant function as an Assistant to Minister Attached to the Prime Minister and Secretary General of the Cambodian Rehabilitation and Development Board of the Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC). She is also the Senior Policy Specialist of UNDP’s Partnership for Development Results (PfDR) project. Polydeth has been working with the CDC in her expertise of policy formulation and analysis in the area of Development Cooperation and Partnerships since 2014. She has also engaged in the implementation of projects, concerning the Sustainable Development. Polydeth has contributed to a few of the government and development partner’s publications. Among which, she was a co-author and chief editor to the annual Development Cooperation and Partnerships Report and a contributor to Cambodian Development Finance Assessment. She is a New Zealand Scholarship Awardee who holds a Master Degree of Public Policy from Vitoria University of Wellington, New Zealand. She also attended various International Programs including Victoria International Leadership Program (VILP) in New Zealand and Young Leaders Program in Japan after being a graduate with the Bachelor Degree of Education in English from the Royal University of Phnom Penh.
