Geopolitics of Cyber Governance in the World, ASEAN, and Cambodia
Cyberspace has gradually become a sphere of rivalry between superpowers besides land, air, sea, and space. Currently, there is yet to be a uniform international law for the governance of cyberspace. This article examines the competition for global hegemony in cyberspace, accentuated by three factors: political, economic, and military. It also studies cyberspace’s contention and its effects on regional organisations and states, particularly ASEAN and Cambodia.
