Mr. Ouch Richard is currently working as a Research Fellow in the Centre for Inclusive Digital Economy (CIDE) at the Asian Vision Institute (AVI) while also assisting various professors with their own projects. He had received his Master’s degree in Global Affairs from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire. Though his main focus is on conducting research, he has also experienced in holding various positions as a Real Estate and Business Manager during his years in the United States.
